The Opportunity:

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Marketing Manager to lead our brand into its next chapter of growth and empowerment. As a beacon of change in the beauty and skincare industry, you will champion our ethos, ensuring that every campaign, strategy, and interaction is imbued with our core values of love, authenticity, and empowerment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Campaigns: Lead innovative and engaging marketing campaigns that resonate with our community's heart and soul, fostering a deep, loyal connection to our brand.
  • Marketing Planning: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our brand's mission, overseeing execution from concept through to analysis.
  • Ecommerce Performance: Drive our ecommerce platform to new heights, with a keen eye on surpassing the £5m annual turnover mark through strategic performance marketing, optimization, and user experience enhancements.
  • Brand Growth: Spearhead initiatives for brand expansion, identifying new opportunities for growth and engagement across diverse markets and channels.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and manage a dynamic team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and mutual respect.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, sales, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive and unified brand message.
  • Market Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends and consumer insights, leveraging this knowledge to keep Mallows Beauty at the forefront of the beauty and self-care movement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in beauty and skincare marketing.
  • Proven track record in managing teams and executing successful brand and performance marketing strategies.
  • Extensive experience in ecommerce, with a portfolio managing over £5m in turnover per annum.
  • A passionate advocate for body positivity, mental wellness, and empowering individuals through beauty.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
