2- The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged X years or over except employees of Mallows Beauty and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

3- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

4- By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

5- Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via Instagram or Tiktok.

6- Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

7- Closing date for entry will be the last working day of the month (competitions are rolling) unless stated otherwise on each individual post. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

8- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

Mallows Beauty will judge the competition and decide on the winner each week, which will be picked at random from all complete entries via Instagram or Tiktok.

Qualifying Persons

1.1 Mallows Beauty (Mallows Limited, 'Promoter', 'our(s)') operates competitions resulting in the allocation of prizes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions on the website https://mallowsbeauty.co.uk (the 'Website') - (the 'Competition(s)').

 

1.2 The Competitions are open to all persons aged 18 and over and the age of majority in their country of residence excluding the Promoter's employees or members of their immediate family, agents, or any other person who is connected with the creation or administration of our Competitions.

 

Legal Undertaking

 

2.1 By entering a Competition, the entrant ('Entrant', 'you', 'your(s)') will be deemed to have legal capacity to do so, you will have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and you will be bound by them and by any other requirements set out in any related promotional material.
