Absolutely love this brand and thought I would try the razor, it’s came and one of the two heads that come free the one attached has broken clips. I don’t think it was broken in transit as it was packed so nicely. Contacted customer services about another part of the order and mention the issue as I didn’t want it to happen to anyone else and they where fantastic and sorted out not only the issue I had but sent me a replacement! Love the water melon smell and the razor is amazing. Thankyou mallows beauty you always deliver.
