1. Cleanse the skin thoroughly with one of my Cleansers

2. Dispense your favourite facial serum, oil or moisturiser into the palm of your hand. Rub your hands together to warm the product and press it all over your face and neck.

3. With your gua sha, apply mild pressure using upward strokes. Repeat each stroke 5-10 times on your cheekbones, jaw, nose and forehead.
