DIRECTIONS

1. Start by thoroughly cleansing your skin in the shower or bath to remove any dirt and impurities.

2. Pat your skin dry with a clean towel, leaving it slightly damp for better absorption of the body cream.

3. Take a generous amount of the Refresh Moisturiser and warm it between your hands.

4. Gently massage the cream into your skin using circular motions, focusing on areas that need extra attention like your face, elbows, knees, and any dry spots.

5. For best results, use daily, preferably after showering, to keep your skin hydrated, revitalised, and refreshed.
