Product is fine, nothing to write home about but the customer service is shocking. For a "small business" with stock in the biggest drug stores in the UK, putting a £5 sale on over the Christmas/New Year period without having customer support available (or even an automated email set up) is ridiculous. I ordered £35 worth of products having been a previous customer, and paid £4.95 for next day delivery on the 30th December. I did not recieve any updates or apologies for the delay until 7 days after placing the order. A whole week after I was supposed to have recieved my order. It then took another 2 days for my order to arrive. I got the shipping refunded which I am happy with, but I am extremely unsatisfied with the customer service. If you are going to make a sale live over a period where there are bank holidays, make it known to the customer that their order may be delayed as soon as they add items to their basket. I had tried emailing, I had messaged on Instagram, I had commented on posts on TikTok and Instagram (that were consequently deleted), but still heard nothing back. After the appauling customer service and the fat shaming comments about an influencer, I will no longer be purchasing anything from this business.
