Just like my refreshing Mango Sorbet Scrub, it's time to refresh your mindset babe! Here's 4 tips that always make me feel ready to take on whatever life throws at me: Schedule purposeful breaks. Quality over quantity here babe, make sure you're really switching off from work and taking time to relax. Listen to calming music. This one is my fave whenever I'm feeling overwhelmed and want to calm my mind! Take a walk. I know, I know it's tough in British weather but getting out for just 5 minutes can totally calm your mind! This is a biggie. take a break from your phone! Whenever I'm anxious social media tips me over the edge. Put your phone down and distract your mind with other things like a hobby or exercise!

1. Get naked and wet, duh!

2. Grab a generous handful of scrub and rub all over your beautiful bod. 

3. Remember you are beautiful babe. Breathe and repeat after me “I am enough”.

4. Wrap yourself in a warm towel. Dry and glow.
