1. Schedule purposeful breaks. Quality over quantity here babe, make sure you're reallyswitching off from work and taking time to relax.2. Listen to calming music. This one is my fave whenever I'm feeling overwhelmed andwant to calm my mind!

3. Take a walk. I know, I know it's tough in British weather but getting out for just 5minutes can totally calm your mind!
